The base price includes 1 color.  Overall matte varnish, PMS-2X ink colors, matte black ink, fluorescent inks, and metallic inks (gold, silver, copper, or bronze) count as 2 colors each.

DRAWER CUSTOM PRINTING: Standard drawer is white with gray inside.  Add $21.00 per 1,000 boxes (c) per color to base price at any quantity.  Price includes duo-white drawer printed inside and outside. Overall matte varnish, PMS-2X ink colors,  fluorescent inks, and metallic inks (gold, silver, copper, or bronze) count as 2 colors each.

Kromekote: $9.80/M.
Bright white glossy coated board particularly recommended for white backgrounds and for printing pastel ink colors.

Natural Board: $9.80/M (x minimum of 30M).
Printing on the tan-colored underside of recycled paper without coating for the “rustic” look.  Recommended only for dark ink imprinting.  Minimum charge is based on shipment quantity of 30,000 boxes.  If quantity is less than 30,000, price per 1,000 boxes is x 30M / quantity.

Pebbled or Linen Finish: $9.80/M. 

Laid: $19.55/M.
Uncoated matte white board with textured surface.  Recommended for Pantone-U ink colors.

Foilboard Cover: $39.10/M. 
Gold or silver (dull or shiny).  Best used as background for printing dark inks.  Not recommended for light imprinting inks which are discolored by the metallic foil base.     

Foilboard Drawer: $22.25/M.
Gold or silver (dull or shiny) to complement foilboard cover.

Foil Hotstamping: $89.55/M.   
Available in gold, silver, copper, black, red, green, or blue foils on entire outside of cover.  For each foil color add 1-time plate charge of $225.00 (g).  

Die-Embossing: $32.65/M.
Raises copy and/or graphics on surface of paperboard for tactile effect on entire outside of cover.  For best results, apply to copy with thick letters and designs with heavy lines.  Add 1-time die charge of $225.00 (g).  With thin/fine registration, please inquire and submit artwork to your distributor for a special job quote.

Mixed Tip Colors: $13.15/M.
Choose any 2, 3, or 4 of the 17 standard match tip colors (see below) mixed together in the same box. 

Colored Wood Matchsticks: $9.95/M.
Available in choice of black, purple, red, blue, green, yellow, or light brown with any of the 17 standard match tip colors (see below).

Metallic Silver Match Tips: $53.30/M.
Available only on natural or black wood sticks.  Gold tips not available.  Add $9.95/M with black sticks (above).

Double-Sided Striker Friction: $4.65/M.

COMBINED DESIGNS are acceptable at the total quantity price provided the printing ink colors and the quantities of each design (2 or more) are the same.  The match tip colors must also be the same for all designs.  The plate composing charge is $65 per color for each change of copy/design (g).   The plate composing charge also applies to exact reprint orders.  The minimum quantity for each design is 5,000 boxes.

FACTORY PRE-PRODUCTION SAMPLE upon request: charges are $30 per color for offset printing; $95 per foil color for hotstamping; and $90 for embossing (g).  Press proof charge is waived on orders of 50,000 match boxes or more.  Please allow 1-2 weeks for production.  These proofing charges do not include other prep charges for film separations, hotstamping plates, and embossing dies.  

PLATE REVISIONS for change of copy/design at customer’s request are $65 per color (g).

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS / SPLIT BILLINGS within one year: on total quantity order of 20,000 or more, minimum shipments of 10,000 boxes are acceptable at no extra charge, not to exceed 4 shipments per order.

STANDARD SHIPPING CARTON:
#1022: 100 match boxes per inner caddy x 25 caddies = 2,500 match boxes per carton.  Dimensions: 24cm x 59.5cm x 39cm = 2.0cft. Weight: 33 lbs.

MATCH TIP COLORS vary within a narrow range from batch to batch.  Exact duplicates of Pantone color paper are not achievable on match tips because of their composition.  For your reference, the following list of match tip colors gives the approximate PMS color equivalent:
