BASE PRICES per 1,000 match books include white plus one (1) Pantone color printed on entire outside cover (front, saddle, back, and flap) of varnished duo-white board. Add 1-time $55 setup (g), which includes a pre-press proof. There are no extra matching charges for Pantone colors and no setup charges for an exact reprint. Add up-charges (below), if any, to base price. Printing method: Offset. |

DELUXE STOCKS MB 20 ADD EXTRA $12 PER 1,000COMBINED DESIGNS are acceptable at the total quantity price provided the printing ink colors and the quantities of each design (2 or more) are the same. The plate composing charge is $65 per color (g) for each change of copy/design. The plate composing charge also applies to exact reprint orders. The minimum quantity for each design is 12,500 books. PLATE REVISIONS for change of copy/design at customer’s request are $65 per color (g). MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS / SPLIT BILLINGS within one year: on total quantity order of 30,000 or more, minimum shipments of 15,000 books are acceptable (unless otherwise stated) at no extra charge, not to exceed 4 shipments per order.
